Wenzhou No. 22 Senior Middle School has implemented this BC offshore school, because the BC Canada Dogwood Diploma is Ranked 3rd in the world for Secondary School Instruction and student learning. This school was founded in 2006 approved by Zhejiang Education Ministry to provide a unique opportunity for students to develop in their culture in their values but also have higher academic Students are taught by BC Certified teachers such as myself. A number of teachers have their Master’s and Ph.D. degrees and significant amount of success in teaching Chinese students who have gone to Top Universities Like Harvard, PEN State, Cambridge, Oxford or Edinburgh.
